These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of applyvisitorvisa.ca and the associated visitor visa preparation workspace offered under the Apply Visitor Visa brand (the “Service”). These Terms are an agreement between you and Manar Ventures (doing business as Apply Visitor Visa) (“Manar Ventures”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
We are a sole proprietorship registered in British Columbia, Canada.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have a parent/guardian create and manage your account) to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
applyvisitorvisa.ca provides an AI-assisted workspace to help you organize information and generate drafts (such as checklists and letters) for a Canadian visitor visa application. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before using it.
Not legal advice / not a representative: The Service provides general information and drafting assistance and does not constitute legal advice. We are not a law firm, and we are not affiliated with IRCC or the Government of Canada. If you need advice on your situation, you should consult a qualified professional (for example, a licensed Canadian immigration lawyer or a regulated Canadian immigration consultant).
No guarantee: We do not guarantee any outcome, including whether IRCC will approve or refuse an application.
The Service uses large language models (LLMs) to generate drafts from your inputs. AI outputs can be incomplete, incorrect, or inappropriate. You agree to independently review outputs and verify facts before relying on them.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit to IRCC (or any other party) is accurate and complete.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (such as intake responses, chat messages, and uploads). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
If you provide information about other individuals (such as family members), you represent that you have authority to provide that information and to allow us to process it for the purposes of the Service.
You agree not to:
Some features may require payment (for example, exporting or downloading certain documents). Prices and available features are described in the Service and may change from time to time.
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers.
Because you can review much of your personalized checklist before purchasing, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you encounter a technical issue that prevents access to paid deliverables, contact support@applyvisitorvisa.ca within 7 days and we will work with you to resolve it.
The Service may rely on third-party services (for example, hosting/infrastructure, authentication providers, analytics, and AI model providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.
The Service, including its software, design, and non-user content, is owned by Manar Ventures or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features and pricing. We do not guarantee that any feature will be available for any particular period of time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, used the Service unlawfully, or pose a security risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manar Ventures will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the paid features giving rise to the claim (if any) during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manar Ventures from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by posting updated Terms or by email for registered users).
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Manar Ventures regarding the Service.
